Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was raised in DeForest and now lives with her family in Los Angeles. Her graduation was in 1993 at DeForest Area Highschool located in DeForest Wisconsin. Then in 1997 she earned her bachelor of Arts from The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001, she graduated with an MA in Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders as well as Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 to the year 2015. They met when they were working on the set for the show that was later cancelled Joey. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com), is her older brother. Anders was first working in the theatre beginning in 2001. She understudied Mary Louise Parker on Broadway in Proof. Later, in The Graduate she played Elaine Robinson. Apart from On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater and New World Rhapsody, she has also performed on the Arena Stage in On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater. Anders first made an appearance in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. She was the character Jeannie who was an accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st, 2007. Anders made her first television appearance on a Dannon commercial which ran throughout the 1990s and 2006. Anders was a character of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. She appeared in all episodes of both shows, but they were cancelled. Anders made an appearance as an guest for One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. as well as Tru Calling. She was featured on HBO in three episodes in the role of Donna Degenhart as early as 2003. She then was on the show as Heather in The Stepford Wives in 2004, and Brandy in Sex Drive as Brandy and as Susan in Sex Drive in 2008. Anders appeared on the screen in Numb3rs (2008). Anders has appeared in two TV pilots which were unsuccessful. Spellbound was one, as was News To Me another. Anders was cast most recently for Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single-camera comedy about a work environment created by Victor Fresco.
